Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Alshamiry Dhahab Perfumes & Cosmetics Trading Co. L.L.C. We take pride in providing high-quality perfumes and cosmetics. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Certain products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene concerns, including:

  • Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics

  • Gift cards

  • Some personal care and hygiene-related products

To complete your return, you must provide:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post the refund

  3. Contact your bank—processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the buyer first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

Please ship your return to:

  • You are responsible for your own return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from the refund

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
